Woodsy Allen Joins Diminishing Gigolo
Co-starring with John TurturroIt's unusual nowadays that Woodsy Allen works out being an actor inside a film he is not pointing. So John Turturro should be feeling very fortunate (or extremely pleased together with his forces of persuasion) that Allen has decided to come in Diminishing Gigolo.Turturro authored, and can direct and star within the film, which sees him playing the titular escort, with Allen as his pimp. No, really! Based on Variety's synopsis, the happy couple are "cash-strapped close friends" who finalise the gigolo clients are their answer, but attract the ire of the local Hasidic Jewish community along the way. They operate underneath the pseudonyms Virgil and Bongo, and there is an additional complication when Turturro falls deeply in love with a Jewish widow. That's "Virgil" and "Bongo".The widow has not been cast yet, but Sharon Stone and Sofia Vergara are generally confirmed for unspecified supporting roles.Allen's last big part in another person's film is at Alfonso Arau's Obtaining The Pieces 12 years back. Before that (excluding the animationAntz, where he voiced the primary character, co-starring with Sylvester Stallone) you've to return to Paul Mazursky's 1991 Moments From The Mall. But when he's only taking one unfettered acting gig per decade, we must applaud him for selecting Diminishing Gigolo. It's sounding like mad genius to us.Shooting begins in April, and we'll next see Allen on-screen in the own Nero Fiddled (formerly The Bop Decameron). That a person's out in america on June 22, and can hopefully achieve the United kingdom around the same time frame.

Must-Watch: Tim And Eric's Big Interview
Plenty of strange unexpected things happen around MTV Movies headquarters, like Idris Elba whipping our reporters into Olympic-level shape, or perhaps a murderous Elijah Wood declaring our offices for their own... but nothing, nothing, even compares to what Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim of "BigInch fame put MTV's Josh Horowitz through at Sundance a year ago. The comedy duo introduced all of the clumsiness and lunacy they are noted for as to the was said to be a comfortable, informative 10-minute chat. Heck, even Will Forte was along for that ride. We ought to have known this wouldn't be an easy interview. But "not straightforward" does not even start to pay for it. The recording below is really a super-cut of all of the clumsiness that ensued when Tim and Eric dropped on our couch. Please enjoy or as our close friend Tim Heidecker would say, "back.Inch "Tim and Eric's Big Movie" can be obtained on VOD and playing in choose theaters.
