Time to look for another script reader or what?

Ok, here it goes. Almost two months ago I started looking for a script
consultant/reader to read my TV show pilot. Well, I got an offer
numerous times from a retired script reader on a writing forum who
offers her services for free. I was low on funds and couldn't pay the
fees other readers I contacted charged for their service so I took up
her offer.

I read feedback from her clients including one from a person going to
film school and the feedback was positive.

Anyway, I sent her the first 15 pages and when I got it back and read
the notes in the beginning I thought 'Ok, no big deal' but once I
finished reading, my feelings were hurt so bad I got teary eyed.

While she did bring up some good points, some of the things in her
notes I tend to roll my eyes at. This my first time writing a script,
I know some people in the TV/film industry try to help new writers
improve and are encouraging and even offer tips so new writers don't
make mistakes when trying to pitch an idea or get hired as a writer
for TV show, but this was the opposite.

Anyway, I got in touch with a professor who handles the online
division of UCLA's screenwriting program. He commended me on my
writing efforts and offered to help me.

I decided to take his offer and will email him again soon.

But after this experience, I'm thinking of moving on.

Think it's time to look for another script reader or what?
